Grab your laptop or notebook and join us at Backstory at 5 pm for a bit of writer chat, before diving into an hour and a half of focused writing time. Simply show up at Backstory, we'll meet downstairs. Feel free to jump into working on your own writing project immediately, or wait until the quiet time starting at 5:30. At 7, we head to a nearby bar to discuss how it all went.

Anna: 651314706 Instagram: @cercleahimsa **Come join us to enjoy and share a session inspired by yoga and the energy of the lunar cycle.** Each week, we explore a different practice that aligns with the current moon phase (for example, Full Moon: gratitude; Waning Moon: letting go…) The heart of the session is the yoga practice, but we also include a deep meditation of at least 10 minutes, and we close the session with therapeutic writing or artistic expression as a way to integrate the experience. Después de un breve calentamiento, unos salimos a correr y otros van a caminar. Todos, nos reunimos al final para charlar mientras algunos aprovechan de un buen chapuzón en el mar (opcional - traer bañador y toalla si os animáis). Con los que no tienen prisa vamos a tomar un café/desayuno después. **#¿Qué nivel necesitas?** Ninguno, no importa si lo que te gusta es caminar, si estas empezando en el mundo del running o si eres un(a) campeón(a), estas bienvenid@. En general, somos entre 10 y 25 personas. Nos reunimos al principio y al final de la actividad, pero nos dividimos en 3 o 4 grupos más pequeños en función de nuestros ritmos y de las distancias que queremos hacer. We all meet again at the end to chat while some of us enjoy a refreshing splash in the sea (optional - bring a swimsuit and towel if you’re in). For those who are not in a hurry, we then go to have a coffee / breakfast close by. **#What level of running/walking is required?** None, it does not matter if what you like is walking, if you are a beginner runner or if you are a champion, you are welcome, and you won’t get lost. In general, we are between 10 and 25 people. We meet at the beginning and at the end of the activity, but we divide ourselves into 3 or 4 smaller groups according to our pace and the distances we want to run/walk. In this circle, we’ll draw inspiration from **myth, the Andean teachings of Ayni** (sacred reciprocity and giving thanks before beginning anew), and poetry by **Naomi Shihab Nye and Susan Rich**. Together, we’ll use guided journaling prompts to let go, release what no longer serves us, and create space for renewal. To close the circle, we’ll craft a small **prayer bundle** with our writing, seeds (symbolizing intention), and herbs (supports) as a take-home ritual to honor endings and invite new beginnings.
