Join us on a relaxed evening bike tour along the Donauinsel to enjoy the sunset in a beautiful setting during the longest day of the year! We start at the bike rental at Copa Beach in Kaisermühlen and ride leisurely towards the eastern end of the Donauinsel. The route takes you past the Kraftwerk Freundau and offers wonderful views of the Danube and the surrounding nature along the way. We take a break at the end of the Donauinsel to watch the sunset in peace and enjoy the atmosphere. **Would you like to learn badminton and finally hit the shuttle properly?** Our beginner training is exactly what you’re looking for! In small groups of up to 4 people, you will learn the basics step by step: * proper footwork * your first shots to simple game situations * how to serve properly * the game rules * and much, much more! *Recommendation:* Since you learn and build knowledge together as a group, **attending at least 4 consecutive sessions is ideal**. This way, you can grow as a team, benefit from each other, and make faster progress. **Who is this training for?** Anyone with little or no prior experience, but a willingness to learn how to properly play badminton! The host will reserve courts in advance, **that means please only register if you really plan to come** (or cancel at least 24 hours before the event starts). **The fee for this training is 16€ and includes the trainer, the shuttles and the court booking for one hour.** If you plan on paying in cash, please bring the exact amount as the host might not have any change available. The training is done in both German and English. Come a bit earlier so you have time to change into workout/sports clothes. The locker rooms are free to use, but for the men lockers you need a padlock - or you can also take your bag of clothes upstairs to the courts if you do not have a padlock. Also, please bring: * clean indoor sports shoes (no black soles) * your racket (or you can rent one from the club, if necessary (3€) * and a water bottle **After the training**, we are hosting our weekly Badminton Sunday event. When you approach the front desk/main entry area there will be some seating just outside the cafe area.
