I find it can be a good meditation technique for people who are easily distracted or find it hard to “empty the mind” in conventional meditation as you will be guided on an active “journey” through the shamanic realm to gain wisdom/power that can help you in life. No experience is necessary but it would be ideal if you are open to the concept of spirit guides.
