Un entrenamiento diseñado para potenciar la fuerza, la resistencia y la flexibilidad necesarias en la danza. Se trabajan core, estabilidad, movilidad articular y prevención de lesiones con ejercicios adaptados al cuerpo del bailarín. Ideal para complementar la técnica y mejorar el rendimiento en el escenario.
