Pasa un día a la semana aprendiendo y descubriendo esta técnica de la forma más fácil y divertida a través de las clases de acuarela en La Clandestina de Poblenou, Barcelona. En este taller de acuarela aprenderás a utilizar la técnica de una forma sencilla a través de distintas temáticas. Durante 2 horas trabajaremos en una actividad a través de consejos, correcciones, para dominar la técnica a través de distintas temáticas. Sin necesidad de experiencia irás conociendo la acuarela en todos sus formatos y como combinarla con otras técnicas. Exposición de Acuarela · Curso 2025–2026 El jueves 18 de junio, de 18 h a 21 h, celebraremos la exposición de fin de curso de las alumnas de acuarela de La Pera Verde en La Clandestina de Poblenou (C/ Pere IV, 483 · Barcelona). Durante este último año hemos compartido un espacio de aprendizaje, experimentación y creatividad a través de la acuarela. Hemos explorado el color, la composición, la luz, la observación y distintas formas de expresión artística mediante ejercicios inspirados en la naturaleza, los objetos cotidianos, los paisajes, el collage y la historia del arte. La exposición reúne una selección de las obras realizadas por las alumnas a lo largo del curso y permite descubrir la evolución, la sensibilidad y la mirada personal de cada una de ellas. Más allá de las técnicas aprendidas, es una muestra del proceso creativo, de la constancia y del placer de dedicar tiempo a observar y crear. Short North Street Skates return Saturday, April 4 and we’re excited to get back rolling together. These weekly rollouts are a chance to move through the city as a group, build community, and create more visibility for skating and small-wheeled movement in Columbus. Details: Meet: 1160 N High St 9:30 AM meet 10:00 AM rollout All wheels welcome We’ll be skating through the Short North and surrounding areas at a steady, social pace. Routes will use a mix of streets and bike lanes, so comfort navigating the city is helpful, but you don’t need to be an expert. If you’ve been meaning to come out, this is a great place to start. Come solo or bring a friend!

Register for a hands-on art making workshop at the Octagon Earthworks, led by Newark Earthworks Center experts Marti Chaatsmith and Megan Cromwell, along with Ohio State’s 2025–26 Artist Laureate, Kate Shannon. The workshop will take place on June 22, 2026, 10 am - 2 pm (rain date: June 29th, 10 am - 2 pm) at 125 N. 33rd St. Newark, OH 43055. Ages 14 and up are invited to participate The cyanotype is a simple photographic process that uses sunlight and water to produce vivid blue images. During the workshop, participants will learn about the Octagon Earthworks before exploring the grounds to create place-based prints inspired by Hopewell culture Select prints created during the workshop will be featured in a subsequent exhibition at the Newark Earthworks Storyteller Gallery, on view from July 13 to August 28, 2026.
