So **now is the moment to enjoy again of this astounding hike** **starting in front of the famous bell tower of the roman church of Sant Romà de Sau**. A **12km long and 400m elevation gain route walking along the amazing cliffs of the Guilleries to the pretty little town of Tavertet... from where the views are just incredible!**
**A great day of connection with the most spectacular landscapes of Catalonia. Don't miss it out!**

* Ruta panorámica con vistas increíbles. Iremos hasta la montaña más alta dels Ports: Mont Caro. Si el día está despejado, prepárate para hacer: **Wow !** (o guau ! ).
* Ruta de 12 km en total y 485 m desnivel.
**★ Domingo 5 abril. DELTA DEL EBRO + ROCA FORADADA.**
* Empezaremos con una **ruta épica e imprescindible** de 10 km y 530 m desnivel, que va hasta el mirador más extraordinario: La Roca Foradada.
* Por la tarde, iremos hasta el Delta del Ebro para ir a "guaitar "a los **flamencos,** aves mitológicas representativas del **renacimiento** y la **transformación** en la antigua Grecia y Roma, y vinculados al **ave fénix.**
* En este tercer día, como grupo, ya habremos cruzado el umbral de la transformación: **soltando lo que no nos sirve y dejando que emerja lo mejor de cada un@.**
**★ Lunes 6 abril. FINAL APOTEÓSICO.**
* Ruta de 9 km en total y 460 m desnivel, que parte del bucólico pueblo con encanto de Pratdip y llega hasta la ⛰️cima de Puigcabrafiga, auténtico mirador privilegiado de "primera línea de mar ", pudiendo ver desde Cap Salou a la punta del Falgar del Delta.

**The Data-Driven Brand: Using Analytics to Shape Perception**
Can you use analytics to improve tacos? This being CBUSDAW, we think the answer is probably “yes”, but we’re not sure how to implement or test this theory.
For our April meetup we’ve got Sara Kear, CMO of Condado Tacos, to investigate this delicious question. Sara will explore how she blends quantitative data and qualitative customer feedback to shape brand positioning and drive business decisions. We all know that marketing and analytics go way beyond attribution. Sara will show how Condado uses customer insights to inform product and pricing strategy.
She’ll also highlight how Condado leverages customer feedback at scale to influence operational priorities, positioning marketing as the voice of the customer across the organization. In the last 12 years Condado has gone from one location in Columbus to 52 locations across 10 states, so we’re guessing there’s more to that growth than really good guac (though the guac probably helps).
Ultimately, this talk focuses on the intersection of art and science—using data to inform creativity and build a brand that resonates with customers in a measurable way.
