The Mental Peace lab is a weekly meditation class where you get to tune in to peaceful mental states, which is the core of Buddhist meditation. Different approaches allow to do this, which we'll explore together. The class each time consists of a guided meditation, a practical and interactive Buddhist teaching and concludes with a nice collective meditation that draws from this teaching. After this, for those who wish, tea is served and we can chat :) The class is taught in English by, Felix, an experienced meditator and translated sequentially into Greek. Τα πρώτα 4 χιλιόμετρα είναι μέσα σε πανέμορφα γραφικά μονοπάτια βγαλμένα μέσα από παραμύθι. Η υπόλοιπη διαδρομή είναι πιο ξεκούραστη σε απόλυτα ομαλό δασικό δρόμο μέσα στο δάσος! ​ ⚠️ Ωστόσο πρέπει να γνωρίζετε ότι υπάρχει ένα μικρό σημείο στο μονοπάτι περίπου 200 μέτρων που είχε καεί στην τελευταία πυρκαγιά. Join the Columbus AI community for a special event. **Battle of the Personal Agents** is your chance to see what people are actually building with AI agents and personal automation systems. Whether you’re running OpenClaw, Hermes, or a completely custom solution, bring your agent and show the community how it works. We’re interested in real-world implementations: the problems your agent solves, how you use it day-to-day, how it’s hosted and managed, how you built it, and why you’ve chosen to keep using it. Live demonstrations are encouraged, so be prepared to show your code, architecture, workflows, and your agent performing real tasks. This is less about polished presentations and more about sharing practical experience, comparing approaches, and learning from one another.
