I wrote the perfect C++ function, and I'll show it to you. What's more, I'll prove it to you, using all the different automated tools and approaches we commonly rely on during development: compiler warnings, static analysis, code coverage and others. In practical terms, I will showcase various tools we use during development; what issues they can catch, what issues they do catch, and why they protect us from Murphy, but not Machiavelli. **Anotace přednášky:** AI nástroje píšu kód rýchlejšie ako kedykoľvek predtým. No rýchlosť bez kontroly kvality je len technický dlh vo väčšom meradle. V tejto prednáške sa pozrieme na to, ako LLM skutočne fungujú, ako inteligentne pracovať s kontextom a ako z AI dostať konzistentný, kvalitný výstup. Ukážeme si, ako používať AI na písanie testov, a prečo je verifikácia kódu kľúčová pre tímy, ktoré sa na AI pri vývoji výrazne spoliehajú. **Čo si odnesieš:** * Pochopíš, ako LLM a AI agenti skutočne fungujú pod kapotou * Naučíš sa pracovať s kontextom tak, aby si z AI dostával lepšie výsledky * Zistíš, ako písať čisté testy pomocou AI * Pochopíš, prečo je verifikácia nevyhnutná, keď AI píše väčšinu kódu **O řečníkovi:** Filip Hric začal svoju kariéru tým, že zdieľal to, čo sa naučil o testovaní. A nejako sa to rozbehlo. Jeho blog prekročil 2 milióny prečítaní, jeho kurzy absolvovali tisíce vývojárov a testerov a stal sa jedným z mien, na ktoré sa ľudia v oblasti testingu a quality engineeringu odvolávajú. Dnes spolupracuje s vývojovými tímami na tom, ako zabudovať kvalitu priamo do ich procesu, vystupuje na konferenciách po celom svete a snaží sa, aby éra AI nebola strašiakom pre tých, ktorým záleží na softvéri, ktorý naozaj funguje. The Burnout Society is a short, sharp book that asks **why burnout, depression, and anxiety have become the characteristic experiences of our time — and whether the problem runs deeper than stress management or work-life balance.** Byung-Chul Han is a Korean-German philosopher based in Berlin who writes short, dense books diagnosing what’s gone wrong in contemporary life. He writes short, dense books — often under 100 pages — that draw on continental philosophy, cultural theory, and East Asian thought to diagnose something gone wrong in contemporary life. The Burnout Society, first published in German in 2010, was one of his early breakthroughs and one of his most widely read works. Join us for a close reading and open discussion. No prior knowledge of Han or continental philosophy is required. Participants are encouraged to read the text in advance and come prepared with a passage, a question, or a point of resistance.
