Expect a day of some talks, workshops, and time for talking/getting to know each other (& finish with dinner together)(you're welcome to come & leave anytime during the day)
If you are new to the community, this is a great way to meet us!
This one will be in Copenhagen again, but we are planning to also run these in Aarhus and Odense.
Excited to have you :)
Warm welcome to the Swedes/EA Sweden people too!

Get together and write
We're a group of writers that meets up every Sunday for a productive writing session.
**Here's how the meetup works:**
* We gather together, grab some fika, and then we write for an hour.
* After the hour is up, we spend some time chatting, sharing ideas and thoughts on writing, and discussing the challenges we've come across.
The goal is to **commit to working on your writing project for a set amount of time, all while** **connecting with other writers** and being motivated by the energy of creative minds working hard on their individual projects.
You'll have the chance to share your work and receive valuable feedback (if you so wish) or simply enjoy the company of like-minded individuals.

We're here, **same place, same time, every week.** So if you're feeling up to it, drop by and let's get writing!
Savor & Soul: A Mindful Eating Experience
How often do we truly *taste* our food? In the rush of the modern world, eating has become a task to complete rather than an experience of joy.
**Savor & Soul** is an invitation to step out of the rush and into the present moment. Through mindfulness, we experience the profound connection between our senses, our nourishment, and the world around us.
**The Menu (Gluten-Free, Plant-Based & Home-made)**
* **The Grounding Sip:** A delightful herbal tea.
* **The Sacred Bowl:** Lovingly prepared Sattvik Khichdi—a traditional comfort food, an Ayurvedic blend of rice, lentils, and mild spices.
* **The Sweet Reflection:** A decadent, velvet-smooth Chocolate Mousse.
**No previous experience with mindfulness or meditation is needed.**
This space is open to beginners and seasoned practitioners alike. This event is not related to any religion. It is rooted in wellness practices of slow eating of a gorgeous meal in a way that truly nourishes us.
**What to Bring & Wear**
* **Comfort is Key:** Please wear loose, comfortable clothing. We often invite guests to sit on floor cushions (Sukhasana) to enhance grounding.
* **Reflection:** Please bring your journal/notebook and a pen. We will use brief moments of silence for guided reflection to anchor your insights.
**House Rules (Our Sacred Container)**
* **Digital Detox:** Phones are turned off and tucked away to protect the energy of the space.
* **Silence:** We will observe brief periods of silence while eating to experience our food with all our senses.
* **Punctuality:** To respect the guided journey, we begin at 16:45. You are welcome to come 5 minutes before the experience begins.
**Registration**
**Price: 650 SEK**
*Limited to 3 participants only!*
**Your ticket includes:**
1. **The Experience:** 90 minutes of professional mindfulness facilitation.
2. **The 3-Course Meal:** Tea, Khichdi, and Chocolate Mousse.

Philosophy Reading
We will read the Philosopher together, the one with capital P, Aristotle himself. We go slowly through the Nicomachean Ethics and comment, interpret and discuss what we read. That is the simple plan, and it is likely to be enjoyable!
