Personal topics are explored together and experiences are shared, making new ways out of isolation tangible. Facilitated exercises, shifts of perspective, and shared reflection foster connectedness, strengthen social effectiveness, and create strategies for sustainable relationships that extend beyond individual sessions. Loneliness can arise when people have few opportunities to experience genuine connection with others. This is where the group comes in, creating spaces in which a sense of belonging can be actively experienced. By working together on personal topics, a social space of resonance emerges that replaces isolation with relationship and contact. Through the structured sharing of experiences, loneliness becomes visible, discussable, and therefore open to change.
