Der Feature-Film (IN)VISIBLE LINES begann als Projekt im Rahmen der Masterarbeit zum Dokumentarfilm in Internationalen Beziehungen und wurde nun zu einem langfristigen Dokumentarfilmprojekt. In Kopenhagen produzierte sie darüber hinaus ihren ersten Kurz-Dokumentarfilm Wings, Clipped, den sie journalistisch und wissenschaftlich begleitete. Zuletzt arbeitete sie bei der Münchner Sicherheitskonferenz im Policy Team. Ihren Bachelor absolvierte sie in Politikwissenschaft und Öffentlichem Recht in Regensburg. Ihre berufliche Laufbahn begann mit journalistischen Praktika in Köln und Hamburg und später als Politische Bildnerin in der Europäischen Akademie Berlin. **Lena Boden** *Creative Producerin* Lena wuchs in Berlin auf und entdeckte früh ihre Leidenschaft für Inszenierung und Drehbucharbeit. Ihr Studium der Medienkommunikation vermittelte ihr die theoretischen Grundlagen der Filmproduktion, die sie als langjährige Produktionsassistentin bei imagis Filmproduktion praktisch vertiefen konnte. Durch mehrere Praktika in Dokumentarfilmproduktionen in Köln und eigene Filmprojekte erweiterte sie ihr Fachwissen gezielt, sodass sie 2025 als Creative Producerin ihren ersten Feature-Length Dokumentarfilm produzierte.

Customer identity resolution becomes increasingly complex as organizations scale across multiple systems, regions, and data formats. Traditional rule-based approaches often fail to keep up with data variability, require constant manual tuning, and struggle with real-time processing needs. This session presents a practical approach to building a scalable identity resolution pipeline using AWS services and modern AI techniques. The architecture combines data ingestion through Amazon S3 and AWS Glue, transformation pipelines using Spark on EMR, and machine learning models deployed via SageMaker for entity matching and standardization. Graph-based relationship modeling is implemented using Amazon Neptune to improve resolution accuracy by incorporating household and shared attribute context. We will walk through how machine learning models can be used for name and address normalization, how intelligent blocking strategies improve matching efficiency, and how feedback loops can be introduced to continuously improve accuracy.
