In a mix of theoretical and hands-on examples I will share learnings from implementing single-sign on systems serving multiple services. **Rethinking AI in software development** (Aisha Kujovic) AI is becoming part of everyday development, but 74% of organizations cite security as their biggest concern, and most AI usage already happens outside of IT control. In this talk, Aisha shares lessons from building Noorlytics and explores what secure AI looks like in practice when you run models locally. When does it work, where does it fall short, and what does it actually mean for real development teams? **AgenticTerminal** (Mats Alritzsson) AgenticTerminal explores a terminal-first agent experience where the user can see, understand, and learn from the agent’s actions instead of having them hidden behind opaque automation. The project combines an interactive terminal UI with a lightweight wrapper model for tracked command execution, using a backchannel to report lifecycle events such as start, completion, exit status, timing, and diagnostic context. This enables more reliable coordination than prompt-detection heuristics while preserving transparent stdin/stdout/stderr behavior.
