Hello everyone, Paul here, I'm a French tennis coach, I’m organising a 1-hour tennis session for FULL BEGINNERS at CWB Sport Ground, specifically for those who have never tried tennis before. The lesson will take place on a practice court, which features a half court and a tennis wall. The objective of the class is to learn the two most fundamental tennis strokes: the backhand and forehand. To facilitate learning, we will use a mini tennis net, the tennis wall and various types of balls. (Soft/half soft/normal). That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude.
