🌸 Chaque mardi, nous organisons une soirée durant laquelle nous pratiquons la méditation nommée Shamatha-Vipashyana, que beaucoup connaissent aujourd’hui sous le nom de Mindfulness. Une première partie est composée d’un temps de méditation de 40 minutes, puis, après un temps de pause, la deuxième partie est dédiée à un enseignement portant sur la méditation, la tradition bouddhique, l’art et la poésie modernes, l’écologie….
