Our beginner-level clinic is designed to help participants learn and develop fundamental volleyball skills in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. 1. Registration & Payment * Registration is only confirmed upon successful payment. * Session fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless otherwise approved by the organizer. * Participants are responsible for providing accurate contact details for communication and updates. 1. Clinic Structure * The clinic focuses on volleyball fundamentals, including passing, setting, serving, movement, positioning, and basic game concepts. * Training programs and drills may be adjusted according to participants’ skill levels and class size. * Progress and improvement may vary among participants. 1. Attendance & Punctuality * Participants are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes before the scheduled start time. * Late arrivals may miss warm-ups, safety briefings, and training instructions. * No make-up sessions will be provided for missed classes unless otherwise determined by the organizer. 1. Health & Fitness * Participants must ensure they are medically fit to engage in physical activity. * Any medical conditions, injuries, or physical limitations should be disclosed to the organizer prior to participation. * Participants are responsible for managing their own health and well-being during training. 1. Assumption of Risk & Liability * Volleyball is a physical sport that involves inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, and injuries. * Participants acknowledge and accept these risks by joining the clinic. * XC Sports Club, its coaches, volunteers, and venue providers shall not be held liable for any injury, loss, damage, or theft occurring during or in connection with the clinic. 1. Code of Conduct * Participants are expected to demonstrate respect, sportsmanship, and teamwork at all times. * Disruptive, abusive, discriminatory, or unsafe behavior will not be tolerated. * The organizer reserves the right to remove any participant whose conduct negatively affects the safety or experience of others. No refund will be provided in such cases. 1. Weather & Session Changes * Outdoor sessions may be postponed, rescheduled, or cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or safety concerns. * The organizer reserves the right to modify the venue, schedule, or training format when necessary. * Participants will be informed of any changes through the designated communication channels. 1. Photography & Media Release * Photos and videos may be taken during clinic sessions for promotional, educational, and social media purposes. * By participating, attendees consent to the use of such media unless they notify the organizer in writing before the session. 1. Personal Belongings * Participants are responsible for their own personal belongings and valuables. * XC Sports Club will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, or stolen items. 1.
