Join us each **Saturday** morning from **9:00 – 9:40**
for *Wonder Walks*,
a gentle practice of walking meditation
in the beauty of the woods and neighbourhood.
We meet at The Church of the Incarnation’s outdoor gathering space, set our pace together, and walk with openness, awareness,
and gratitude.
With each step, we feed our spirits, root ourselves more deeply in community, and awaken to the wonder of the natural world.
Come as you are. Breathe deeply. Walk lightly.
Let the trees, the sunlight, and the quiet paths guide you into peace.

Avengers’ Saturday Cafe for the Homeless
Note: You may be removed from the attendance list if you've participated in the previous week's event. This allows for more people to experience this Meetup.
Avengers put your costumes on and let’s go and save the world!
Well we can’t save the world (yet), but we aim to try to play a small part in the lives of those experiencing homelessness by making their day a bit better!
Description: Before the event the organizer will post a list in the comment section of the attendees and what they are responsible to bring (food/drink, kitchen supplies, cleaning supplies). We normally ask each attending member to bring approximately $15-20 worth of ingredients/supplies to our event. We will use the items to prepare and serve food/drink at The Meeting Place.
Timeline: We will meet on location at 11:00 am, with lunch served between 12:30-1:00 pm.
Membership Dues: Membership dues are $2.00 for the calendar year. Membership dues go towards paying for food/supplies incurred by no-shows. Membership dues are due at the first meetup of the year that you attend.
No Shows/Late Un-RSVP: We’re relying on members who RSVP to bring key ingredients for recipes! Please try your best to show-up or alternatively change your RSVP early so another member may fill the empty spot.
\*\*\* If you are on the waitlist, keep checking as you may be moved into attendance to replace someone. We will try to message you to confirm your attendance in advance.
Donations will be assigned before the event.

### 🌑 Kundalini Activation & Sound Bath — New Moon Ceremony
Step into a powerful evening of **reset, remembrance, and realignment**.
This New Moon Ceremony weaves together **Kundalini Activation** and **Sound Bath Healing**—two deeply transformative practices that work in harmony to clear stagnant energy, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect you with your true essence.
The **New Moon** is a natural portal for slowing down, turning inward, and planting intentional seeds for what you’re ready to call in next. Supported by the grounding energy of **Virgo**, this experience invites clarity, presence, and embodied alignment.
#### ✨ What to Expect
* **Kundalini Activation**
Gently awakens your life force energy, helping release emotional and energetic blockages while opening intuitive awareness. This is not forced movement or breathwork—your body moves only as it needs to.
* **Sound Bath Healing**
Crystal bowls, gongs, and sacred instruments create vibrational frequencies that calm the mind, soothe the nervous system, and support deep integration of the energetic work.
*
#### 🌿 Benefits of This Experience
* Energetic cleansing and renewal
* Emotional release and inner stillness
* Heightened awareness and intuitive clarity
* Deep nervous system regulation
* Realignment with your path and intentions
This ceremony is for you if you’re seeking **clarity, healing, grounding, or a deeper connection to yourself**—or if you simply feel called to pause and reset under the New Moon.
No prior experience is needed. Just come as you are.
✨ **Leave feeling lighter, clearer, and more connected—ready to step into your next chapter.**

Contra dance with Big Scioty on Feb. 7 - First Congregational Church
**Caller: Dan Kappus**
**Band: Trillium**
**Big Scioty Contra Dance**
**temporarily returning to our long ago location for Jan-March - First Congregational Church, 444 E. Broad St., Columbus 43215**
WHAT IS CONTRA DANCING? Picture the Grand Ball scenes like you’ve seen in period films such as “Pride and Prejudice”, where the dancers are lined up in long lines, across from each other. That’s English Country Dancing, the predecessor of contra dancing. Now, add moves like “swing your partner” and “do-si-do,” like you’ve seen in square dancing. Set it to fabulous, high energy, live music with fiddles, guitars, percussion and more, alá “Riverdance.” Finally, set the whole scene down in the middle of Woodstock, with a hip, groovy atmosphere, a bit of tie-dye, and hints of counter-culture attitude. THAT’s Contra Dancing!
Wear cool and comfortable clothes (you will get warm) and clean shoes that won't mark up our nice wood floor.
Be sure to come for the beginner's lesson from 7:30 - 8:00, followed by dancing 8:00 - 10:30. All dances are taught; we will help you learn! Beginners always welcome, no need to bring a partner.
Cost is $10.00 adults, $5.00 ages 12-26. Under 12 free. Free parking in church lot.
For more information contact me or check out our website: [www.bigscioty.com](http://www.bigscioty.com/)
Please bring your own refillable water bottle. Snacks to share are always welcome!
