# Tercer encuentro de nuestro colectivo ​Continuamos el recorrido con nuestro tercer encuentro del Colectivo Farina. En esta ocasión, desplazamos el foco de la optimización al concepto de **instrumentación**, explorando el artefacto como mediador entre la mano y la materia. Reflexionaremos sobre cómo la creación de herramientas específicas de bajo impacto condiciona el resultado de lo que cocinamos, transformando el gesto técnico en un lenguaje propio. En esta edición, el diseño del objeto será el que dicte el ritmo, la forma y la escala de la mesa. # ​¿Qué es ***Colectivo Farina?*** ​Un espacio para experimentar, degustar y cocinar colectivamente, creado por **[bifaz](https://www.instagram.com/bifazworks/).** ## ​\*\*¿Para qué?\*\* ​Colectivo Farina busca **reconectar con los ingredientes y retomar técnicas olvidadas** de la cocina, reduciendo artilugios y poniendo el foco en lo **manual**, lo **artesanal** e incluso lo **ancestral**. Todo desde una práctica **compartida y participativa,** donde cocinar vuelve a ser un acto colectivo, más que una ejecución individual. We thought of one of the interesting things that can be enjoyed at this time of the year. We will be meeting at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church for a "Fish Fry" in Marian Hall on Friday, March 27th at 5:00 PM. It might be fun for you to experience what has become a tradition on the Fridays before Easter. They will have fried fish or baked fish, French fries and Cole slaw, as well as beverages, all for $16.00 for adults. They will have other beverages and desserts available for sale, as well. We have never tried this, and sometimes there are quite a few people at these events so we hope that we will be able to find each other easily.
