**Riesgos legales de usar Inteligencia Artificial en tu sitio web: lo que nadie te está diciendo** El uso de Inteligencia Artificial se ha integrado rápidamente en el desarrollo web, el marketing digital y la gestión de contenidos, especialmente en entornos como WordPress. Sin embargo, detrás de su aparente facilidad y eficiencia, existen riesgos legales que muchas personas desconocen y que pueden generar consecuencias importantes para negocios, desarrolladores y creadores de contenido. Esta charla aborda de forma clara, práctica y accesible los principales riesgos jurídicos asociados al uso de IA en sitios web, con un enfoque aplicado a la realidad de Costa Rica y el entorno digital global. Se analizarán aspectos clave como la protección de datos personales, el uso de cookies, formularios y bases de datos de usuarios, así como la necesidad de contar con políticas de privacidad adecuadas que realmente protejan al negocio y no se limiten a cumplir formalidades. También se explorarán los retos en materia de propiedad intelectual, incluyendo el uso de contenido generado por IA, derechos de autor en temas y plugins, implicaciones de licencias como la GPL y el uso de recursos de terceros como imágenes, tipografías y materiales digitales. Además, se brindarán criterios prácticos para identificar riesgos, evitar errores comunes y tomar decisiones informadas al integrar herramientas de inteligencia artificial en proyectos digitales. Esta ponencia tiene como objetivo cambiar la forma en que se percibe la IA: no solo como una herramienta poderosa, sino como un elemento que requiere un uso consciente, responsable y jurídicamente seguro. Al finalizar, los participantes tendrán una visión clara de los riesgos legales existentes y de las acciones concretas que pueden implementar para proteger sus proyectos digitales.

The Alliance is part of the Greater Central Ohio Chapter of the Barbershop Harmony Society. We are an all-voices chorus dedicated to providing an inclusive environment for all those who love to sing, regardless of their race, gender identity, sexual orientation or musical background. The Alliance is the first and only all-voices barbershop chorus in Central Ohio. **Who:** Anyone with a passion for singing at a high level. Previous barbershop chorus/quartet experience not required. **When:** The Alliance rehearses weekly on Thursdays from 7pm-10pm. **Where:** Lord Of Life Lutheran Church: 2480 W Dublin Granville Rd, Columbus, OH 43235 To become a full member of The Alliance, we welcome you to start by visiting us for a few rehearsals to experience the group and sing with us! Then, you may begin the 2-part audition process for membership: the assessement, and audition. We strive to make our auditions as stress-free as possible to help you let your best singing self shine.

No pressure. Just walking, talking, and good company. Whether you're new to the group or a regular, this is a great way to **get some steps in, meet new people, and do something different on a Tuesday evening.** Location **Polaris Fashion Place** **Meeting Spot:** Outside or just inside **"Dicks Main entrance"** from parking lot Look for the **Meetup sign and green or gold wristbands.** The Plan **6:45 PM — Meetup / Check-in** Arrive, say hello, meet a few people, and get checked in. *The first 15 minutes are usually the best time to meet people before we start walking.* **7:00 PM — Walk Starts (Sharp)** We’ll begin a **casual indoor or outdoor social walk around Polaris Mall.** by the end of the hour we should be near 3 miles approx. 6k steps **8:00 PM — Walk Ends** Anyone who wants to keep the fun going can join us for Topgolf. **Optional Activity** After We’ll head over to **Topgolf** No golf experience needed — **beginners welcome.** **Let’s** **see your best Happy Gilmore swing!!!** To reduce no-shows and keep events sustainable: **$2 — Walk RSVP** **$15 — Optional Topgolf add-on** or **$17 TOTAL** Topgolf is **limited to the first 6 paid players per bay.** If the first bay fills, I’ll open another lane if enough people want to join. **To keep group sizes manageable and reduce no-shows, this event is limited to paid attendees.
