Seit 2014 arbeitet er im agilen Umfeld und mit dem Modell SAFe, zuerst als Scrum-Master und Product-Owner und schliesslich dann als Release-Train-Engineer. Heute betreut er bei der Suva als RTE den Agilen Release Train im Bereich Prävention und Grundlagen Versichern.
