These classes are for students who have some previous training experience and already know the basics of the art, have good cardiovascular endurance and body conditioning in order to be able to take hits. The effects of taiji includes fitness, health, self-cultivation, body sculpting, self-defence, while bringing pleasure to the practitioner and has entertainment value for observers.
