Boxing is a combat sport that utilises punches, footwork, and head movement. Also known as “The Sweet Science”, it is best known for its efficiency of hitting without getting hit. Students will be taught the proper mechanics behind generating fast and powerful punches, as well as evading punches through evasive movements and footwork. Hi all, join us for an easy pace social run (60 mins +/-) in rustic Pulau Ubin and breakfast. We have various pace groups from 6min/km to 7.30min/km. Here’s the plan for the day: \- 7:20 AM: Meet at Changi Point Ferry Terminal for a bumboat ride to Pulau Ubin \(bag drop available\)\. \- 8\.00AM: 🏃🏻🏃🏻‍♀️Run to Chek Jawa wetlands then to Puaka Hill/ Quarry\. \~9:30 AM: Bumboat ride back to Changi Point Ferry Terminal and breakfast n drinks at Changi village.
