Dazu diskutieren wir über das, was wir verstehen, welche Meinung wir zu dem Thema haben oder welche Fragen offen bleiben.

Der Kurs richtet sich an interessierte Menschen mit einem B2-Niveau (oder so ähnlich), die Lust haben sich weiter mit der deutschen Sprache zu beschäftigen und ihren Wortschatz zu erweitern.

### ADHS, Masken & Selbstakzeptanz – so wie ich bin Viele Erwachsene mit ADHS verbringen einen Großteil ihres Alltags damit, Masken zu tragen – und noch mehr Energie damit, dafür zu sorgen, dass niemand sie bemerkt. Über Jahre bauen wir Strategien auf, um die Teile von uns zu verbergen, die uns Scham bereiten. Und dann kommt die ständige Angst: *Was, wenn jemand merkt, dass ich nur so tue, als ob?* Kommt dir das bekannt vor? Falls ja, lass uns gemeinsam einen anderen Weg erkunden: **Selbstakzeptanz**. In diesem Treffen schauen wir gemeinsam, welche Masken wir tragen. Ohne Druck und ohne Urteil.
