Let's get together for a cooling swim on Bank holiday Monday. We'll meet at the low stone wall near the lifeguards shed/hut. None of us is a lifeguard so everyone is responsible for their own safety. Some of us will go to a local cafe afterwards for coffee/lunch/chats. Looking forward to seeing some of you there.

Lots of people bring plenty of games and rules will always be explained so don't worry if you're new to the hobby and you don't have anything to bring along or think you won't know how to play. If you have an interest in spiritual topics like Dreams, Past Lives, or Soul Travel, then join other like-hearted Souls in conversation and some exercise as we take a spiritual walk around the Botanic Gardens. **The walk** We’ll walk along the many paths in the gardens which lead through many exotic plants and trees. There are also the glasshouses which house lots of tropical plants. The walk will be easy and pretty straightforward. Suitable for all ages and all fitness levels. While walking we will try to be present in the moment, be mindful of our thoughts, observe what is presented to us and what comes into our awareness.
