Welcome to the Doha Fascial Manoeuvres Meetup Group's movement sessions that will make self-healing and wellness practical and accessible for you. This interactive session will introduce you to Fascial Manoeuvre practices, to help you enhance your physical, mental, and emotional well-being by releasing stored stress and old emotions from your body's fascia and promoting better mind-body connection. Whether you are new to the journey of self-healing or a seasoned practitioner, this class offers something for everyone looking to prioritize their health and vitality. **Language Exchange over a drink. We choose a different venue every week.** This is our last LE before Ramadan in this outdoor cafe but also a Karak tea place. This place might be a bit far from most of us who are used to city centre venues but we only come here once a month or 2. Just come to enjoy some breeze and a getaway after your shopping in Katara!! This is a free event and we welcome local and expats to come for a chat and some good company. Participants are responsible for paying for their orders. As customary to support local business, minimum 1 order is a good practice.
