The **Free Cities Meetup London** is back, and we’re kicking off 2026 with a very special event **hosted by Próspera** — perhaps the world’s best-known Free City. With its flagship site located on the tropical island of Roatán, Honduras, Próspera is a special jurisdiction with unusually high levels of legal, regulatory, and economic freedom, allowing it to design its own laws, regulations, and tax system. At its core, Próspera represents an attempt to build a new system of governance from scratch — one that treats governance as a service rather than a monopoly.
