As one of eight wonders in the world The Great Wall has been amazed by so many people. Though the walls were being built as early as 7th BC many of the existing parts were built during Ming Dynasty. The Ming Walls stretch from Dandong in the east and wonder along the edge of Inner Mongolia to Lop Lake in the west for about 5,500 miles. Nowadays many parts are destroyed, rebuilt while some are still unrestored. They are not only used as defense function but for trade transportation, control of immigration and emigration. In this trip we will drive to Huailai County in Hebei Province to explore one of the unrestored parts before reach to well-paved section and enjoy the jaw-dropping beauty along the way. And how wonderful you will feel when camping on the historical Great Wall at night after BBQ! As Chinese saying goes, He hasn't climbed the Great Wall is not a true man.
