A most wonderful 7 mile circular walk through the wild yet beautiful Epping Forest incorporating delightful High Beech. Using your oyster card you can either take the 10.31am train from Liverpool Street that arrives at Chingford train station at 10.58am or you may drive to Chingford and park very near the station. The walk shall start at 11.15am. Please bring packed lunch, water, snacks etc plus waterproof jacket and walking shoes/boots/trainers and sunhat,suncream and sunglasses. Для детального исследования Norfolk Broads предусмотрены пешие маршруты, велосипедные дорожки, аренда лодок и катеров, в том числе для рыбалки. Многих людей во всем мире привлекает тема доисторических времен Земли. Ну и мы не стали исключением! Мы отправляемся на Юрское побережье, которое представляет собой береговую линию протяженностью 95 миль, включая части восточного побережье Девона и Дорсета. Сейчас сложно представить, что когда-то здесь бродили огромные рептилии 🦕. Однако многочисленные находки ученых говорят о том, что история этих мест охватывает 185 миллионов лет развития нашей планеты. Не случайно Юрское побережье было внесено в список Всемирного наследия ЮНЕСКО как объект, представляющий научную значимость. Находки, сделанные тут, позволили совершить открытия, которые во многом способствовали развитию палеонтологии и составлению древней картины мира. Кроме научных «красот», Юрское побережье славится своими восхитительными пейзажами, первозданной красотой и уникальными природными достопримечательностями. Самой известной из них является Durdle Door — известняковая природная арка. Конечно, аркой она стала не сразу. По мнению ученых, около 140 миллионов лет назад здесь сформировалась сеть пещер, образовавшихся в трещинах горных пород. Emerging from the woodland, we arrive at **Lullingstone Castle**, set beside its peaceful lake, before continuing to the site of **Lullingstone Roman Villa** — a rare survival of a Roman estate house first built around 100 AD. From here we continue through rolling Kent fields, rewarded with views of the impressive **Eynsford Rail Viaduct**, its nine red-brick arches towering 22 metres above the valley floor. Our hike concludes in the charming village of **Eynsford**, where we explore the evocative ruins of **Eynsford Castle**, a Norman stronghold built in 1088.
