It is an outdoor movement class in the calisthenics park in Griftpark . We focus on functional breathing exercises, reaction games, learning new functional movement pattern. Think of different kind of squats and animal flow. We work on the mobility of the shoulders, spine and hips (Among others). Every session will have different kind movement flavors on the menu. With warm & good weather on the horizon again, it's time again to get more picnic-y & outdoors-y 🌄 For this new season, let's revisit the old picnic gathering formula, but add into the night vibe & spicy dance theme (in this case tango, because other dances are oversaturated with events 😊) The premise: A picnic gathering starting from 19:00 & ending 23:00 sharp Since it's evening vibes, BYO food/drinks/games still applies but think time appropriate (don't go big on alcohol though!) The Dutch Heuvelrug is a hilly and sandy ridge, running from Hilversum in the north to Rhenen in the south. This National Park is covered in forest, heather and stretches of sand and dunes. On this hike, we will explore the Heuvelrug from Den Dolder. This area is mostly forested, perfect for a (hot) summer’s day! **Where to meet**: we will meet at **10 am** at train station Den Dolder.
