Hey, suchst du zwischen den Jahren eine kleine Pause vom Zuhause-Herumhängen und hättest Lust auf nette Gesellschaft? Dann bietet ein gemeinsames Essen eine gute MÜglichkeit, den Abend angenehm zu gestalten. Die Runde bleibt locker. Gespräche entstehen von selbst und dßrfen leicht und humorvoll bleiben.

Take some quality time away from the daily grid and explore Tantra together through embodied practice. The practice is designed to foster deeper intimacy, attunement and harmony between the two of you.
Tantra invites you to allow your life force energy to flow without inhibition and to cultivate it for self-realization. Part of the practice is about inviting in more opening. Openness creates union, resistance creates separation. Deep connection, more pleasure and joy are a result of experiencing more openness.
Tantra is for everyone! All couples are welcome regardless of sexual orientation and experience level. Not in a romantic relationship? Feel free to bring anyone you'd like to practice Tantra with.

Portrait Drawing on Sunday Afternoon
This group is for everyone who is interested in drawing portraits!
For me, drawing has been a wonderful way to gain a new perspective on the world and the people within it.
Whether you are just starting out or have been drawing for ages â all levels are welcome :)
How it works:
1\. We meet at The Castle pub in Mitte and do short sittings of 15 minutes for each other\. The first sitting is divided into 3 warm\-up sketches\, 5 minutes each\.
2\. Before we start\, everybody writes their name on a blank card \(provided by the organizer\); these cards are then used to randomly pick the model every 15 minutes\.
3\. Usually we do 8 sittings\, with a 15\-minute break in the middle \(so after 4 sittings\, or 1 hour\)\.
-> The participation is free, but it is expected that everybody orders something from the bar to support the lovely location.
Get out your pencils and let's start!

Bei Kaffee/Tee und Kuchen sitzen wir in entspannter Runde zusammen und arbeiten an Strick-/Häkel- oder anderen Handarbeitsprojekten oder ähnlichem und kommen so auch gerne ins Gespräch. Alle sind herzlich willkommen (auch ohne Strickerfahrung!!). Wir haben vor Ort auch ein paar Stricksachen und Wolle, die alle mitbenutzen kÜnnen :)

CMG Gives Back: Food Distribution at CHAMPION FOOD PANTRY!
Start the New Year off right! Join us as we get together to help those in need at this CMG Gives Back event to distribute food at the Champion Food Pantry! Weâve created a great little community of Movie Group friends! Rather than see a movie this time, weâll help âCreate a better worldâ by helping serve people in need. Here are complete details and our plan for this event:
CHAMPION FOOD PANTRY: The Champion Food Pantry provides needed food to neighbors experiencing food insecurity. For this event, weâll be volunteering to help with Food Distribution during client pick up times. Our group will receive on-the-spot training from some of their seasoned regular volunteers.
PLAN FOR CHAMPION FOOD PANTRY: Please arrive by 2:45pm. Our volunteer time will be from 3:00 to 6:00pm.
LOCATION & PARKING: The Champion Food Pantry is located at 1460 S. Champion Ave in Columbus. Parking is located in the lot on Frebis across from the pantry. Please enter through the door marked "Volunteers enter hereâ on Frebis Ave. A map has been uploaded to the photos.
IMPORTANT REMINDER: Our group will be providing the majority of the volunteers on this day so a firm RSVP count is essential. Please only sign up if you are certain youâll be able to attend. If something unavoidable comes up, please update your RSVP no later than one week prior to the event. No shows or cancelations within 1 week of the event will mak you ineligible for future CMG Gives Back events. I appreciate your understanding as we try to ensure the agencies have the volunteers needed to provide the essential services they provide to the vulnerable population they serve.
