Berlin is dark. Especially in winter. That's why it's important to catch those rays of sun, while they are still there. At lunch time the sun is the strongest. While walking together we can enjoy a nice conversation, get those steps in, increase our serotonin production as well as sync the circadian rhythm. It's also a lovely break from work. Each session unfolds as a shared journey with a clear intention, supporting authentic movement beyond ideas of right or wrong. The practice can be grounding and energising, helping release tension, awaken sensation, and explore both softness and strength. No movement or dance experience is needed. Welcome & Introduction \(30 min\)** * What Holotropic-inspired breathwork is * How the session works * Safety guidelines and recommendations for a free, supportive experience **2\. Active Breathwork Journey \(90 min\)** A deep breathing experience guided by a carefully curated musical sequence designed to support inner exploration. During this phase, participants may experience: * Body sensations, shaking, warmth, spontaneous movements * Emotional release (crying, laughter, sighs) * Images, memories, visions or states of expanded awareness **3\. This discussion circle is a supportive space where we gather to speak openly about our struggles, mental health journeys, and personal challenges — without fear of judgment. Whether you’re facing anxiety, burnout, grief, or just feeling lost, this is a time for real talk, real people, and real healing. 
We’re not therapists or professionals — we’re humans navigating life, just like you. What we offer is empathy and understanding.

This class is a strong and focused full-body mat practice. At the center lies your powerhouse where stability, alignment, and inner strength begin.Flowing, precise movements combined with conscious breath create an experience that is both intense and grounding. This is a pure, equipment-free Pilates class, using your own body weight to build strength, control, and awareness. This class is held in English. Bring your own mat or use one of ours. Please arrive 10 minutes early to settle in. The door will be closed once class begins, and late entry will not be possible. The Art.OM studio is located on the ground floor, just to the left in the hallway when you enter the building.

Join us for chill **indoor** beach volley! 🏐 🏐 🏐 This event is for everyone who enjoys chill games and is not a *complete* beginner (A1.5+). We play 3v3 (or 4v4) with beach rules. There are no trainers at this event. Register via [the simultaneous event](https://www.meetup.com/berlin-volley/events/) for higher-level 2v2 matches (F1+). After playing, you can join us for socials with drinks and snacks at the bar area. We often play a social deduction game, which you're also welcome to join. We play in domes that are heated up to at least 15C. It's recommended that you come 10 minutes early so you have time to change and find the fields. If it is your first time, 15 minutes might be even better. You can join whatever court you like and move between courts during the event. We self-organize, so once you finish a game, you can start a rematch, mix with another court, or take a break as you see fit. Upon arrival, join the warmup happening on one of the courts. The classes follow a cycle-aware approach, honoring the natural changes in hormones, energy levels, and emotional states throughout the month. Each session begins with a short guided meditation to settle the mind, followed by a soft, flowing yoga practice and a deeply relaxing closing rest. The movements and postures are carefully chosen to support the female organs, pelvic floor, hips, and lower body, helping to create balance, strength, and ease. This practice is intuitive and permission-based. You're invited to move at your own rhythm, in tune with your cycle and how you feel on the day. Breathwork plays an important role, supporting the nervous system and hormonal balance. Women's Yoga offers a space to slow down, reconnect with your body, and build a deeper sense of awareness, acceptance, and trust in your natural cycles. Come as you are. Our primary groups are outdoor movement groups, but we are launching virtual groups for the state of Ohio and beyond and the groups will move outside in the spring, creating room for men's groups, women's groups and coed groups all over the country.
