Every Wednesday at 620 High Street, North Finchley, N12 0NU (Christ Church Hall) from 8pm to 10pm. Doors open at 7:45pm. Lessons are formatted in two sessions. In each session there will be 30 minutes teaching followed by 20 minutes practice. Pay at the door for £15 per lesson. Friday night Brazilian zouk dance class followed by socialising, drinks and practice dance. A fun dance class 7.30-9 pm where you'll meet lots of first-time dancers and get to know everyone before dancing the night away and socialising. There is a discount for the beginner's class! No experience is required, and you don't need to bring a partner, as partners change regularly to enable everyone to get to know each other. Most people come by themselves and make new friends! After the class, the club night goes on till midnight with DJs and a bar. The venue is hired out exclusively for the people who come for dance classes and practice. The cost is usually £15 but if you're on the guestlist for meetup it's only £10 for the whole evening. Make sure your name is on the guest list!
