Please ensure you have taken a Kayak Essentials course before booking onto our other day trips.* **What to expect** Kayak Essentials is an introductory session for people who are complete beginners or fairly new to kayaking. -We will begin with learning the essential knowledge about our boat and equipment. -We will also learn and practice simple strokes, how to enter and exit the kayak and how to cope with a capsize or emergency. -It will be a bite-sized 2 hour intro course and you will get wet! -The pricing of this course is 300 HKD for the hire of equipment & coach/ leader used in this training session.
