Is Your Property Portfolio Helping You Build Wealth or Quietly Holding You Back?
Dear property investor,
**Note: please [register](https://events.resultsmentoring.com/escape.html?utm_source=meetup&utm_campaign=drn) to attend the workshop via Zoom.**
This is a free webinar for property investors who want to assess whether their current portfolio is truly helping them build wealth, income and freedom ā or quietly holding them back.
**You may already have a property portfolio ...**
But here's the bigger question:
*Is it actually set up to deliver the result you want?*
With interest rates elevated, borrowing power tighter, cash flow under pressure and uncertainty around the economy and policy settings, many investors are starting to realise that owning property is not the same as building the right portfolio.
In this practical webinar, our sponsors, property mentors Simon Buckingham and Brendan Kelly from Results Mentoring will show you how to pressure-test your current portfolio so you can assess whether it is still fit for purpose in todayās environment.
**You'll learn:**
ā
how to tell whether a property is helping or hurting your long-term goals
ā
warning signs your portfolio may be underperforming, even if it looks fine on paper
ā
how to think more clearly about hold vs sell decisions
ā
why many investors get stuck with a portfolio that limits their progress
ā
what to focus on next if you want stronger growth, better cash flow and more flexibility
This is not about hype, fear or guesswork.
It is about giving you a more objective framework for assessing your current portfolio and your next move.
**[Register here](https://events.resultsmentoring.com/escape.html?utm_source=meetup&utm_campaign=drn)**
Best regards,

## TGI Fridays DOWN Under
Following the success of TGI Fridays in the States, the iconic bar and grill restaurant arrived in Australia in 1995.
With loaded potato skins, flame-grilled ribs and a range of colourful cocktails on the menu, it was something never seen before.
Aussies fell in love with TGI Fridays though, quickly becoming a favourite place to celebrate occasions or to enjoy a fun night out with friends and family.
## Today
Now with 18 locations around Australia, we are 100% Australian-owned and independent, operating as the licensee of the TGI Fridays brand.
Just like at the first TGI Fridays in 60's New York, we're serving up delicious American food and handcrafted cocktails to Fridays fans across the country.
We continue to celebrate our famous Happy Hour every day and sling our bestselling Long Island Iced Teas.
Visit us at your favourite location and get that Fridays feeling!
So table booked under Andrew Goodwin (ph: 0424453134) for optional dinner at 7pm at TGIF Southland.
Here is a copy of the menu.
Then just very roughly at 8.30pm we can then go to buy tickets to the 9.15pm VPremium session at Village Southland which is very closeby (for those coming to the film.)
Here is the synopsis.
SynopsisMICHAEL is the cinematic portrayal of the life and legacy of one of the most influential artists the world has ever known. The film tells the story of Michael Jackson's life beyond the music, tracing his journey from the discovery of his extraordinary talent as the lead of the Jackson Five, to the visionary artist whose creative ambition fueled a relentless pursuit to become the biggest entertainer in the world. Highlighting both his life off-stage and some of the most iconic performances from his early solo career, the film gives audiences a front-row seat to Michael Jackson as never before. This is where his story begins.

How is it that you can Help kids or yourself to become a better student!
Too many kids as well as teenagers and adults have problems with study.
Today's meetup will inform you about the basics in STUDY TECHNOLOGY that provides an understanding of the basics of learning and supplies exact ways to overcome all the pitfalls one can encounter during study. This is applicable to young children, teenagers (or their parents that are trying to help them) and adults alike.
Study Technology shows how one studies in order to comprehend a subject so one can apply it. Laws on which learning is based and workable methods have also been discovered for anyone to apply for themselves or when teaching others.
Too many students graduate from school and college unable to put to use what theyāve learned in school.
Itās not that theyāre stupid or that their teachers didnāt know how to teach.
More than likely it traces back to the one thing missing from most educationsālearning how to learn in the first place.
We all went to school, yet isnāt it odd that no one taught us how to study?
The information presented at this meetup can help anyone improve others or his own ability to learn.
It is a practical tool that parents and teachers alike can use to enhance a child's study performance. Youāll learn the barriers that lie between your own or a child's education.
And you will very quickly learn how to overcome them.
This technology will enable you or a child to pursue any subject with skill and confidence.
Teachers who have "hard to handle/distributive " or slow learners in class will absolutely love the amazing turn around most often seen in improved behaviour and student performance in class.
If you or your child has difficulties at school (or learning new things at work or online) than this meetup is important to you.
If you can not make it to our meetup than contact the organizer and arrange it to suit your time.
This technology can if one was to live far away be taught online. (extension course)
You may offcourse also opt to have this technology taught to your own child by experienced volunteeer staff or learn about this yourself and transfer this knowledge to those you want to have better grades.
Yes it is possible to improve anyone's study performance. All it takes is just 5 steps.
See you at this meetup.

Newcomers/ Derby Night (wine tasting)
**In an unprecedented effort** to cram WAY too much FUN into one single night this is a **wine tasting** (*sample 4 wines*) / **Kentucky Derby** celebration (*wear your fancy derby hat that you literally cannot wear anywhere else*)/ and **New Members** Night. But mostly THIS IS "***New Members Night***." If you are one of the many folks on the fence about coming to your first wine tasting with the *Hilliard Wine Club*, this is the night to come. There will be many other new people, so you won't be alone. And the regulars will be there to help make you feel welcome. We're a relaxed and warm group. We hope to see you.
**SIDE NOTE:** New members are welcome to ALL our Friday night wine tastings, but this night is a special overture to those who don't want to feel that they are the only new person in the room. Don't worry. You won't be. And don't hesitate to RSVP to other events.
**OLD MEMBERS NOTE**: Hey Old Members! You're not excluded from this event. We expect to see you there to help make the new members feel welcome.
**Sample 4 different wines** this Friday for $15 (*Cash or Venmo only please*). Glasses are provided. Bring a snack to share. Bring a bottle to share if you care to. See all the details below for the Hilliard Wine Club Wine Tasting. In Person. In Real Life. Actual Wine from glass bottles with corks and everything.
**Wine**: Tastings will be $15 for four samples as always. And you are welcome to bring a bottle of your favorite wine to share with others. Participation in the wine tastings is optional. But since youāre going, I will buy enough wine to cover you. If you bring your own wine and do not participate in the tasting you will only pay $10 to cover the door charge.
**Parking**: There are several public parking lots near the Alive614 hall. Please be careful to NOT park in private parking lots. They do tow. Check Google maps to scope out your space. Anyone who is early could easily find a parking space on the street nearby.
**Glasses**: ā¦will be provided. Please note that after the wine tasting, the glasses need to be returned to the boxes at the service table. Please be gentle, our glasses are fragile. Uh, they are made of glass!
**Food**: You are welcome to bring a snack to share. It is not required. Most people do though. If no one brings anything, there will be nothing.
**Code of Conduct**: Though mostly understood, itās still worth mentioning. We donāt have rules per se, but we highly discourage the following topics of discussion because they are likely to incite anti-social responses - Sex, Politics, Religion. Please donāt mistake this as an attempt to limit your free speech rights but rather a guide to a place and time for appropriate discussions.
**Extra Wine**: After everyone has had their samples, we remove the pouring spouts and any remaining wine is poured freely to whomever wants it. I hate having leftover wine.
**Queen of Hearts**: The Queen of Hearts raffle is a fundraiser for the club and a Barnum and Bailey type extravaganza - minus the dancing ponies, clowns, and actual circus. Bring your ***cash*** as the Queen does not accept American Express or other plastic.
**After the lights go out**: After the last sip of wine, when we clean up and turn the lights out, if you still havenāt had enough of us, it is typical for a group to get together and go to a local eatery for food and/or drinks or coffee.
Again, We look forward to meeting new members and reuniting with old friends.

Zinfandel, Finally on a Friday
We have never until now featured Zinfandel, the ubiquitous California grape with the Dublin Wine MeetUp Group. At its best Zinfandel, is rich, voluptuous, with great depth of red and blue fruits. Jammy and hedonistic are common descriptions Each person should bring one bottle of an quality Zinfandel wine; be creative and quality conscious, with some bottle age if possible. Turley, Martinelli, Biale, Seghesio, Ridge, Hartford Bedrock, Carlisle, Klinker Brick, Frog's Leap, and anything from the Rockpile vineyard is likely to be very good to great. The Prisoner wines began as a Zinfandel blend. Also bring a protein based appetizer to share and **a wine glass for your personal use.** Cheese and meats are best with these wines. There will be a gas grill behind the clubhouse to grill.
Weāll gather at the Oak Creek clubhouse, where the Dublin Wine Group, hosted by Thom and supported by Timothy, will take it from there.
Come join us for a fantastic mix of great wine, food, and even better company! The evening wraps up at 10 PM.
**Please pay $10 at the door per person to cover the cost of the room rental and for the tableware, napkins, water and cups.**

A ā*practica*ā is an informal social event for tango dancing where dancers focus on practicing the dance; while a ā*practilonga*ā combines the relaxed atmosphere of a ā*practica*ā with the format of a āmilonga.ā We are doing it all!
***Cost is $10 payable to the Teacher.*** *Cost is for the cost of the venue and covers some snacks.* We have had fun doing this event in the past. Please arrive promptly as lessons begin at 2pm. Don't worry about bringing a partner as there will be others at the event from outside the group that: a) might have a clue and b) won't step on your toes.
The event is BYOB (similar to our Salsa events), so bring your favorite and a wine glass. We will likely find a place for dinner and drinks after the dance.
Comedy Night + Open Mic (Bring Wine)
**Comedy Night + Open Mic + Freestyle**: Tristan Shae and friends return to entertain us and to warm the group up for our open mic session. February's Open Mic / Comedy Night was a smash hit and it's worth a second night.
We'll start with Tristan Shae and a couple of his friends. Tristan is an alternative comic from Columbus, Ohio. A counselor by day, Tristan explores how comedy can improve mental health by telling jokes and stories that muse on how absurd life can be from squeaky clean topics to not so clean ones. Tristan produces the variety show Cheaper Than Therapy, hosts the weekly Problem Child Alt Comedy Open Mic at The Attic, and can be found engaging in all sorts of silliness around the city from stand up shows at The Nest Theater, The Attic, or The Funny Bone, to improv and sketch shows with various groups at various venues such as The Hashtag Comedy Club.
**On Freestyle night** \- just bring a bottle to share\. There is NO formal wine tasting like on other weeks\. Door charge is $10 \(cash or Venmo only please\)\. We may have some left over wines to clear out\! Glasses are provided\. Take Care\. See you there\.
**Parking**: There are several public parking lots near the Alive614 hall. Please be careful to NOT park in private parking lots. They do tow. Check Google maps to scope out your space. Anyone who is early could easily find a parking space on the street nearby. I am told that the Chase parking lot is safe after hours.
**Glasses**: ā¦will be provided. Please note that after the wine tasting, the EMPTY glasses need to be returned to the boxes at the service table. Please do not make me hunt down your empty glass. Please be gentle, our glasses are fragile. Uh, they are made of glass!
