I recently discovered Nepalese fusion restaurant Aayam and was blown away, so I look forward to sharing a meal with you there! Aayam is located just off of Place de Paris and has a compact yet varied menu that has something for everyone! I've booked a table for 8 of us on the Friday night at 19:00. We will be joining forces with the Changemakers Group of Internations to make the world better. This charity event has the focus on well being and has two separate parts: 1. natural healing session with focus on immune boost by Valerie and 2. mindful breath & laughter yoga by Naheeda. After these two health sessions, we could have some drinks and food in the bar area of the hotel and have some nice discussions.
