Ever walked into a gym feeling anxious or unsure what to do, and just ended up doing cardio? Yup, we've all been there, even me!
For me, training is a non-negotiable part of my daily routine. I show up for that 80-year-old version of myself who is grateful to my present self for showing up even when life felt challenging!
My aim through this group is to meet women who aren't so sure about resistance training and are open to taking that leap of faith. Remember, it's always about the journey and not the destination. So are you ready to take that first step?
A little about me - Graduate in Sports Science from The University of Hong Kong. Worked as a personal trainer at Ultimate Performance H.K and now a Freelance Personal Trainer.
What will happen?
I will guide you through an hour session focusing on movements such as Squat, Hinge, Push and Pull.

I’m Christina, it has been teaching yoga for over 10 years and regularly volunteering yoga class in the Fitfam community for more than four years.
This yoga class is chill, simple, and mainly focuses on relaxation for our bodies. Welcome anyone who with yoga experience or beginner.

Sports chanbara is a free-style Japanese combat sport, which originated from Kodachi Goshindo (Self-defense with a short sword). We would like to introduce this new sport to Hong Kong. Please join us and be a Samurai.
