The aim of the class is to try out and learn a variety of movements and some of the principles behind them In order to keep or regain our youthful abilities, and build strength and adaptability in a range of environments The class is made up of a combination of bodyweight movements and simple but challenging partner situations, which combine to create a great workout and elicit a variety of reactions, to help us learn and tune into the body Class fee is 100HK Class is for all levels, feel free to message Ben if you have any questions! Meet at the Culture Plaza, Tamar Park at 5.30, finish around 6.30, just before sunset : )

Let's get back into the swing of things after a couple of months of no events- This will be a casual Thai Dinner at Ruam, trendy and charming casual Thai with pretty good food. We will get a bunch of dishes to share and split the bill. Only drinks can be individually ordered. Much easier folks!
