Instead of relying early on venture capital, these approaches enable flexible, lower-risk market validation with a clear strategic focus. Andreia Fernandes has been working with portfolio careers for over a decade and has strategically supported numerous female founders through complex career and entrepreneurial phases. She founded her first start-up as an Impact Hub member and today runs the Portfolio Career Institute as part of her own portfolio career.
