I'm really excited to announce our next Meet Up event. It will take place at Core studio in Rennweg Rennweg 12, 8001 Zurich. The is dedicated to everyone who likes the idea of exercising with the music, dancing and learning a bit of ballet. Find out how to set up the a great posture, learn about body conditioning as well as mind & body connection. Unlike at most general adult ballet classes we will show you how exercise with the precision and focus, getting great results. A great class for those that are just starting with ballet, or those who are conscious about using their body precisely and targeting correct muscle groups in order to achieve greater results. The class is structured as a unique combination of ballet exercises, Pilates, stretching and motivation. Open to all levels. You will need to bring a smile, some water and wear comfortable exercise cloths. The class will be 60 minutes which should be more than enough to get those muscles warmed up and you posturised ready for the next session. Hello, dear Moms! With a great pleasure I invite you to **Postnatal Yoga** classes! This is a recovery for your body, mind and soul. With this Kundalini-inspired yoga program you can enjoy time for yourself after the birth, recharge your batteries and rebuild your pelvic floor, abdominal and back muscles. The focus of this course is specifically on the muscles that every mother needs to strengthen. The breathing exercises and meditation also help to promote healing processes and to fully settle into the motherhood.

Meetup RSVPs mostly reflect guest numbers. **What is Toastmasters International?** A nonprofit founded in 1924 with **16,400+ clubs** in **141 countries**, Toastmasters helps people become better speakers, communicators, and leaders. **Can anyone join?** Yes! Anyone **18 or older** is welcome to become a member. **What is the refund policy?** Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds for cancellations. ## Women Who Wonder Intergenerational Women's Circle (Second Meeting) Women Who Wonder is a biweekly circle in Zurich, for women between 18 and 108 years old. We sit together for 90 minutes, facilitated, not to advise but to share, listen to and witness each other. When it's truly heard, your story becomes wisdom Gathering in circles is one of the oldest human practices we know of. First Nations peoples in North America developed the talking circle with a talking piece to ensure that each person is heard. Women gathered in moon lodges, and in Anishinaabe full moon ceremonies women sit in a circle from youngest to oldest, passing wisdom between generations. Since the industrialisation of the 19th century, we have been segregated into age groups: school classes, work, elderly people on their own. We miss out on exchange between generations, which research links to greater well-being, stronger resilience, and even longer lives. This is why I created Women Who Wonder. Each woman speaks without interruption and can ask for the kind of response she would like, or none at all. We pass an hourglass as our talking piece. Being witnessed this way creates a tangible, lifting energy. Whether you bring the wisdom of elders or of youth, of motherhood or of those without children, join us. ### How it works To create a safe and confidential space, every attendee signs our circle agreements on arrival. The essentials: we don't interrupt, we are non-judgemental, we don't fix, and we don't sell services. What is shared in the circle stays in the circle. You don't have to prepare anything. Just come as you are. ### About me I'm Barbara, a coach, healer, and gynaecologist and obstetrician. In this circle I am a facilitator, not a medical advisor. Welcome to our meetup! In our meetups we openly discuss and share our experiences related to running an Amazon FBA business, Amazon KDP business or other online business out of Switzerland. There's no fixed agenda or presentations/speakers. Everyone gets the chance to shortly introduce his/her experience with online business so far and to discuss any issues he/she is facing at the moment. Our meetups are valuable both for people just starting out as well as for experienced entrepreneurs. Next to providing useful practical information, I believe our meetups are just as valuable for the chance to meet similar minded, motivated entrepreneurs.
