Fast satisfaction is the preferred way on societal level. There are plenty of negative emotions – shame, guilt, low self worth – attached to the topic of pleasure in the collective and also on the individual level. The past few years I dedicated to self-exploration and the broadening of my horizon when it comes to depths of pleasure and living the tantric approach.
