As part of the **Code Mentoring Programme**, we’re bringing together engineers, job seekers, mentors, and mentees for a practical workshop on how to approach system design interviews with more clarity and confidence. Led by **Victoria Lo**, Solutions Engineer Lead and WomenDevsSG Director, together with **Aishwarya**, Community & Programs Lead, this session will walk through a repeatable framework for structuring your answers, communicating tradeoffs, and focusing on what interviewers actually want to see. Instead of memorising patterns, you’ll learn how to apply a method to any system design problem. Open Lines is a warm and welcoming poetry meet-up for anyone who finds meaning in words whether you write poems, love reading them, or simply enjoy listening. This is where poetry is brought closer to everyday life: into the community, into conversation, and into shared moments of reflection. Participants are invited to bring a poem of their own, a poem by another poet that has moved them, comforted them, challenged them, or give. language to something they could not quite express. At its heart, Open Lines is about connection. No prior experience with poetry is needed.
