Express your creativity drawing a live in-person life model each week. Beginners and all levels of ability welcome. The fee is £12 per session, cash on arrival or pay via phone. All materials and equipment provided free, but feel free to bring your own. A different model will do a variety of poses each week, with one long pose. Full free instruction available, on request, for beginners. Classes run by fully qualified art teacher from CSM UAL. Small charge for paper, 25 pence per sheet. Free Tea and Coffee always available. A way for us guys to be social whilst working out m. Pull ups, dips, core. A time to have a chat whilst working out. Can get a coffee in the cafe after if anyone wants. This is an out door workout so do dress for the weather. All levels welcome you get to go at your pace.

Bring drums and other acoustic musical / percussion instruments and join in with our drumming, singing and chanting - that will take place on and off, as participants see fit. If you know of pagan chants and songs, feel free to come and teach it to us or just take the spot light and sing ...(and we can give you some drumming accompaniment as backdrop). There are logs to sit on. This is a calm, informal, free meetup — you're welcome to draw at your own pace, chat a little, or just get into the flow. Our resident storytellers Brett and Gwilym will be running Blood on the clocktower social deduction the first Sunday of every month at the hawkins forge pub. Limited to the first 25 sign ups, games may start without late comers.

The session is aimed at beginners and intermediate level players who have either never played tennis previously or would like to improve on their game. Join our 2 hours session which will consist of warm up followed by drills focusing on technical skill coaching and will include Forehand / Backhand / Volley and Serve. Finally you get to play each other refining your skills and techniques and ultimately having fun. Rackets can be borrowed please let me know if you need a racket in advance.
