Zum Trainingsstart umgezogen in der Halle, Umkleiden sind vorhanden. * Selbstständiges Aufwärmen * Meistens ein Torwartspiel * Einwerfen (Hin und her passen) * Torwarte einwerfen * Handballspezifische Übungen * Match (falls genug Leute da sind) Training basiert auf dem Plan des Trainers und den anwesenden Personen, kann also ein bisschen abweichen. Da die Mannschaft nach einigen Abgängen momentan etwas kleiner ist, klappt ein Match am Ende nicht immer. Die Einstiegsschwierigkeit ist beim Handball etwas hoch, aber es ist eine sehr belohnende Aktivität. Am besten einfach mal vorbeikommen, ich erkläre und helfe gern bei allen Fragen, im und vor dem Training :) Auch von Vorteil, wenn ihr mich vor dem Vorbeikommen kontaktiert, dann würde ich euch z.B. vor der Halle abholen.

Every Saturday at 9:30 am, we meet, we run, in the magnificent Schönbrunn park, and then we go for breakfast. Want to discuss politics or the best recipes for banana pancakes? Not a problem. What to expect: Start by meeting Adrian, Ali, Liz, Paul and Sonia on-time at 9:30am outside the Schönbrunn U-Bahn stop (exit Grünbergstraße). Typically, small groups of people will run at the same pace as you, so you never have to walk/run alone :) We finish one hour later, at about 10:40am, reconvening just inside the Hietzinger Tor exit. (Coordinates: 48.1858825, 16.3032647). From there, we’re off to breakfast! Breakfast Details: Anker bakery opposite the U4 Hietzing station and depending on the weather, grab something for a picnic in Schönbrunn park, or hang out in the bakery. See if it’s true for you at noon on Sundays. Be it a book, blog, script, essay, dissertation, resume, melody, poem or just plain work stuff, you are invited to write it with us. No one will see what you've written or give you unsolicited advice. Instead of just thinking about writing, come and get some real writing done. SCHEDULE: 12:00 - quick intros. 12:10 - timer starts: write for 1 hour. 1:10 - chat / take off / keep writing. OPTIONAL SOCIALIZING happens at 1-1:30ish. Writing is very solitary.
