Ashtanga Yoga + Picnic A social Sunday experience combining 75 minutes of guided Ashtanga-inspired yoga followed by a relaxed 45-minute picnic in the park. Come alone or with friends and enjoy a welcoming community atmosphere with coffee or tea and a traditional Danish "bolle med ost" (BMO). A beautiful way to move, connect and spend time outdoors together in the heart of Copenhagen. Please bring your own yoga mat to all sessions. We also recommend bringing a picnic blanket. No extra cafe money to spend. Idea is to meet and connect over books. Each participant present 1-2 books they would like to recommend or just talk about, and then we'll see where conversation leads us.
