PIETRA MILIARE - The Milestone
PIETRA MILIARE - The Milestone
# PIETRA MILIARE - *The Milestone* *An Evening of Partnership & Possibility. A private dinner in Dubai for the few who build what outlasts them.* Dear Guest, There are moments that simply happen, and there are moments that divide history into *before* and *after*. **PIETRA MILIARE**, Italian for *The Milestone*, takes its name from the ancient stone markers that told travelers how far they had come and reminded them that every remarkable destination began with a single point on the road. For us, this evening is that point. For a while, what is now called **Rest Hills** existed only as conviction. It was an improbable belief that Africa deserved destinations capable of inspiring the world rather than borrowing from it. It was the audacity to imagine families experiencing snowfall without leaving West Africa, investors participating in a landmark unlike any the continent has seen, and a generation choosing to build icons instead of admiring those built elsewhere. That conviction has carried us across countless meetings, impossible questions, sleepless nights, international partnerships, and unwavering faith. Now, it becomes real. On this evening in Dubai, **REST** and our engineering partners, **Desert Snow**, will formally execute the partnership that sets in motion the creation of **West Africa's first sub-zero Snow City**, a defining centerpiece within the broader Rest Hills vision. It is more than a signing ceremony. It is the moment an idea steps out of imagination and into history. And you have been invited to witness it. This gathering has not been designed as a conference or a public showcase. It is an intimate dinner curated for thoughtful conversation among founders, investors, family offices, strategic partners, and leaders who understand that the greatest opportunities are often recognized long before they become obvious. Throughout the evening, you will receive an exclusive unveiling of the Rest Hills masterplan, explore the architectural vision behind Snow City, witness the official partnership signing as it happens, and engage directly with the people bringing this extraordinary project to life. You will share a table with individuals/investors who believe that lasting value is created by those willing to build for generations yet unborn. This is an evening of elegance, conviction, and possibility. Most importantly, it is an opportunity to stand at the beginning of a story that future generations may look back on as a defining chapter in African innovation, tourism, and real estate. ## Before You Reserve Your Seat: Attendance is intentionally limited to **only 40 guests**. This limitation is not symbolic. It reflects our belief that meaningful partnerships are built in rooms where every conversation matters and every person present has been intentionally selected. Your invitation carries weight because your seat carries weight. For every place confirmed, many others who expressed genuine interest have not been accommodated in order to preserve the intimacy of the evening. Accepting this invitation, therefore, represents a commitment, not merely a registration. If you choose to join us, we respectfully ask that you reserve the time completely, arrive promptly, and be fully present from the beginning of the program. The defining moments of the evening, including the signing ceremony itself, will unfold early and cannot be recreated. An empty chair would represent more than an absence. It would represent an opportunity that another visionary would have embraced without hesitation. If you believe in building what outlasts you, if you recognize the significance of being present when history quietly changes direction, and if you are prepared to witness the first stone being laid before the world discovers it, then it would be our privilege to welcome you to the table. We look forward to sharing this milestone with you. **Warm regards,** **The REST Group Leadership Team**

🎨 FREEHAND Creative Words Game Join us for a relaxed and fun creative session where imagination, collaboration, and artistic expression come together. FREEHAND is a creative community organized by Canvasians Events and Conferences, bringing together artists, designers, photographers, creative professionals, students, and anyone interested in art and creativity. During this session, we play the FREEHAND Creative Words Game. A theme or "world" is selected first, then random word cards are drawn from a prepared deck. Each participant interprets the word in their own way and creates a drawing inspired by the selected theme. In the collaborative version of the game, participants work on shared artworks. After 10 minutes, each drawing is passed to another participant, who receives a new word and continues developing the artwork. The process continues until multiple artists have contributed to the same piece. In the individual version, several random words are selected, and each participant creates a complete artwork inspired by those words and the chosen theme. There is no right or wrong interpretation. The goal is to explore creativity, discover new ideas, and enjoy the artistic process in a friendly and supportive environment. ✅ Free participation ✅ Paper, colors, and materials provided free of charge ✅ Open to all skill levels ✅ Feel free to invite friends and family ✅ No pressure, no competition, just creativity Participants are welcome to order food, coffee, or drinks from the café according to their preference.
