Shuffle/Cutting Shapes Class - Combos
This is a **shuffle**/**cutting shapes** class for beginner and intermediate shufflers where we'll focus on combos.
**Beginner shufflers** will get the chance to learn some basic steps and practice them stress-free in short combinations.
**Intermediate shufflers** will learn to vary these basic steps with additional leg and arm movements, learn to combine them in new ways, keep practicing their foundations, and try to integrate the new combos into their freestyle.
If you're a complete beginner and wanna try some basic moves by yourself before the class, you can watch this video on Youtube: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5xOAJA598uk But you don't have to - don't worry and come just by!
**What you need to bring with you:**
**Shoes**: If you'd prefer not to shuffle in socks, please bring a pair of dedicated clean athletic shoes with white soles.
**Water**: because Shuffling is like an intense cardio workout :)
**Fee**: 10⬠(in cash or paypal after the event) to cover the cost of the rent, because we're not doing it for profit.

Productive Sunday Morning - Co-Working Session (Deep Work, all work welcome)
Hey everyone!
Iām organising a co-working + socialising session for all of us who like to work on something (e.g. our own project, freelance or remote work) but don't feel like sitting alone at home. š
To ensure that we have both **socialising** AND **working**, we will be using the so called āPomodoroā technique:
**50min of deep work** (silent), followed by **10min of break** to socialise. Then repeat! If you get into flow, you're also welcome to skip the breaks.
Itās an effective way to stay focused - you can read more about it [here](https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Pomodoro_Technique).
Anyone from any background is welcome, whatever project you are working on or whatever is your personal background.
I (the host) speak English and German, so either is fine :-)
āāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāāā-
AGENDA:
* **15min Intro**
* Get to know everyone, talk about what you will work on today
* **Pomodoro Session** (3x) - *Each Pomodoro session consists* *of...*
* ...**50min** of uninterrupted ādeep workā (no talking, no interruptions, no phones)
* ...**10min** of break: share your progress with others, talk about what you are stuck on etc.
* Repeat
* Conclude and celebrate your progress
Share your progress, socialise and get to know others š
āāāā
We'll be at the Social Hub Berlin (they have a food menu in case you get hungry). The structured part will end at 2:30pm, but you're welcome to stay longer, go for lunch together, or leave earlier. See you there š©µ
**\*\*We'll reserve the long table. Please update your RSVP in advance if you can't attend!\*\***

[face to face] Interview Simulation
Join this **Interview Simulation** session ā to sharpen the skills for both interviews **and** architectural pitches.
š” How it works
The event is split into three parts:
1. **Most common behavioral & HR questions** \- you will receive a printed list of behavioral/HR questions and we brainstorm tips on how to prepare for them
2. **Interview Simulation (10 minute rounds)** ā One participant acts as the interviewee and answers a round of behavioral and design-focused questions. Each other participant gets to ask him one interview question.
3. **Feedback Round** ā The group provides feedback on communication, structure, and clarity. Constructive criticism is encouraged.
š”You will be asked:
* **Behavioral questions** (āTell me about yourselfā, āDescribe a challenge you faced...ā)
* **Technical questions** (based on your tech stack)
* **Light design problems** (high-level reasoning, not code)
No need to prepare anything in advance ā just bring curiosity and an open mind.
Feel free to bring your CV if youād like feedback from others, or share a few words if youāre currently job hunting. If so, we will also brainstorm answers to more common questions that you were asked.
Whether youāre preparing for an interview or simply want to grow as a software designer or architect, this session is for you.

**The Vibe:** Agentic AI is moving too fast for ābest practices.ā We are here to experiment, debug, and learn from each other.
**The Plan:** Iām hosting a micro-meetup for software engineers who are actively exploring autonomous AI agents. Whether you are building with CrewAI, LangGraph, AutoGen, or experimenting with local LLMs ā letās compare notes.
This is a āLabā session. We will:
\* **Show & Tell:** Share what you are working on (even if itās broken).
\* **Dissect Approaches:** Discuss how to handle context, loops, and hallucinations in production.
\* **Hands-on:** Bring your laptop. We try different setups live.
The Logistics:
š Location: My Office in Grunewald area ā Boardroom.
š Capacity: Strictly limited to 6 seats.
š Food/Drinks: Snacks and drinks provided.
Who is this for? **Professionals eager to actively shape the future and elevate software engineering through Agentic AI.** We are looking for people ready to co-create the next generation of workflows, not just watch from the sidelines.
