I’m Raz a movement and yoga teacher with over 10 years of experience studying and practicing in India, the birthplace of yoga. I’ve taught internationally and worked with people from many backgrounds, helping them move with greater ease, awareness, and confidence.

Il lavoro sul respiro guida il movimento, mentre il suono sostiene il sistema nervoso e favorisce uno stato di presenza stabile e rigenerante. Le posizioni vengono mantenute con ascolto, senza forzature, per creare spazio, sciogliere le tensioni e risvegliare l’energia in modo naturale. Le vibrazioni delle campane accompagnano la fase finale di rilassamento, permettendo al corpo di integrare il lavoro e alla mente di quietarsi.

Puoi leggere 100 libri sul public speaking, ma non imparerai mai finché **non sali su un palco**. The Xplorers Toastmasters Club Milano è proprio questo: una **palestra di Public speaking** bilingue (IT/EN) dove puoi metterti in gioco, sbagliare e migliorare.
Che tu sia un manager, uno studente o semplicemente una persona che vuole vincere la paura di parlare in pubblico, questa è la serata giusta per te.

Toastmasters international è un'associazione nata negli Stati Uniti più di 100 anni fa. Ogni serata di ogni Club del mondo è strutturata in tre parti:
1. **Discorsi Preparati:** I nostri soci presentano discorsi su vari argomenti per allenare le loro skill (Storytelling, body language, struttura).
2. **Improvvisazione (Table Topics)\*:** Esercizi di improvvisazione per imparare a rispondere con sicurezza a ogni domanda.
3. **Valutazioni:** Ogni speaker riceve da un altro socio un feedback costruttivo per capire cosa ha fatto bene e cosa può migliorare.

### **Beat the heat**
Ayurveda, the sister science of yoga and one of the oldest systems of holistic self-care, invites us to align with the natural rhythms of the day and the seasons. In this workshop-style class, we will explore how to stay balanced during the heat of summer, known in Ayurveda as **Pitta season**, when fire and intensity are at their peak.
### What to expect
We will begin with a gentle, grounding Vinyasa flow to steady the body and calm the nervous system. From there, we will move into a soothing Yin-inspired cool-down designed to release deep tension and encourage stillness.
The practice will also include guided pranayama and a short meditation to support inner cooling and mental clarity.
To close, we will share a brief discussion on simple Ayurvedic tools you can bring into daily life off the mat, supporting mind, body, and spirit to stay balanced and “beat the heat” throughout the season.
We look forward to practicing together and welcoming you back into the space for this nourishing seasonal reset.

Join the Introverts of Columbus at Quarry Trails Metro Park for an afternoon walk in the Park. We'll meet near the parking lot area for about 15 minutes before heading out to chat and hike through the metro park.
This will be a casually paced walk to allow people to get to know each other, and enjoy nature at the same time.
