Capoeira Martial Art's and Fitness Dublin 2 Porto Bello
Centro Cultural Capoeira Ăgua de Beber (CECAB) â Capoeira Ăgua de Beber Cultural Centre â is a non-profit organization, founded officially in January 2002. Its pivot activity is Capoeira (classes, rodas, workshops, public presentations, cultural events, performances), however it aggregates other cultural manifestations as: samba de roda, maculelĂȘ, frevo, ciranda, dança do coco, dança afro, puxada de rede, craftworks workshops of making and playing music instruments, video projections, movies, lectures about relevant cultural topics and matters related to enforcement of citizenship.

Sunday Walk in St. Anneâs Park.
We will be meeting at the Red Stable Gate in St Anneâs Park, how to get there you can get the 130 Bus there and yes, there is a car park too.
We can go to the Olive Room CafĂš before or after the walk, there is toilets inside and outside the premises.
The walk will be around 1 in half hours long, dogs are welcome too on leads!
It is optional to do Dollymount Beach too, where is there is a CafĂš there called Happy Out, there is inside and outside seating too, if you want to go their.
Every event is âŹ5 but that pays for the month and you do to pay anymore for the month.

Free meditation and Yoga at Navan Library
You are all very welcome to join our new in-person meditation meeting, every Saturday at Navan library from 10:00 to 11:30 (Ukrainian) and from 12:00 to 13:30 (in English).
At the weekly meditation meetings, you will learn how to achieve a state of true meditation. We will also show you how to meditate at home and how to keep your subtle system in balance. You will be introduced to the practice of Sahaja Yoga and its benefits, followed by a guided meditation and a short video talk by Shri Mataji (the founder of Sahaja Yoga). In a relaxed atmosphere, you are welcome to clarify any questions and talk about your experience.

Classes are all FREE OF CHARGE. No prior appointment is necessary and no prior experience or knowledge of meditation is required for these classes. The techniques you learn are not based on physical exercises and can be done sitting on a chair or the floor. Wearing something comfortable will help you relax.

A weekly guided bodyweight callisthenics meetup to **get strongerâtogether**.
Think push-ups, squats, and core work scaled to your level. **No gym experience needed**, just a willingness to move and chat! Get stronger every week and build a habit!
All **ages, genders and fitness levels welcome**!
The session will consist of a full 360 routine of:
**5 minute warm up:** including exercises like butt kicks and shoulder rotations.
**5 minute plyo:** Train explosiveness at your level.
**35/45 minute strength**: to build muscle. Easy, intermediate to hard versions for every level.
**15 minute HIIT:** for some happy endorphins! (Okay to skip if you're tired!)
**5 minute Cooldown:** Get the heart rate down and stretch

Being outside in nature and cultivating a mindfulness practice is scientifically proven to improve mood, energy, focus, creativity, enhance physical and mental health, and reduce stress, burnout, and symptoms of depression.
This 45-minute session combines nature exposure with simple mindfulness and mind-body practices (gentle movement, guided meditation, and nature awareness), to promote your holistic wellbeing and offer a positive and restorative break to your day.

We'll hike about 2.5 miles on the Scioto Audobon Trail and can extend the distance as the group prefers. Will ask one of the faster regulars to take the front (about 16 minute miles) and Iâll bring up the rear at about 19 minute miles. No one left behind.
