Join us for Energy Flow in Trinity Bellwoods Park! Energy Flow uses intentional movement and breath to explore energy in the body, cultivating awareness and deeper connection. Each class draws from different aspects of yoga philosophy and practice while remaining welcoming and accessible to all levels. Just bring a mat and yourself.
