The honeymoon phase of the school year is over, and fall fatigue is real. If you are looking for a breath of fresh air, practical classroom tools, and an encouraging community of women who truly understand the daily grind—you’ve found your space.

We are a wellness and pedagogy fellowship designed specifically for women teachers in general, charter, private, and specialized classrooms who want to flourish both personally and professionally.

What We Do Together

Wellness & Balance: Outdoor park walks, urban hikes, comedic "Pause, Don't Panic" picnics, and cozy seasonal roundtables designed to prevent burnout, restore emotional energy, and keep you grounded.

Elevated Pedagogy for ALL Classrooms: Practical, high-impact teaching strategies drawn from special education methodology that work magic in general education settings. Learn low-prep classroom management, de-escalation techniques, and game-based brain breaks that keep every student engaged.

Upright Community: A safe, private sanctuary to pour into one another, share wisdom, and build authentic connections with principled, open-minded women.
