• Possess 10+ years of strong Hands on development and automation skills. Developed numerous Jira automation scripts for SAFE Program Increment teams. Coached large number of Business and IT teams to address their automation requirements.
• Held Product Owner and App Custodian role of Enterprise Collaboration Tools Suite (Jira, Confluence, Jira Service Desk and Lucidchart). Solely Responsible to manage 15,000 licenses of colleagues on critical applications.
