Join us for an immersive experience in mastering the Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe®) and earn your SAFe® Practice Consultant (SPC) certification! This in-person training event by Scaled Agile & Skillbook Academy will equip you with the knowledge and skills needed to lead Agile transformation at the enterprise level. The first two days focus on Leading SAFe®, building your ability to teach and inspire leadership within the SAFe framework. The final two days dive into implementation strategy—arming you with the tools and guidance needed to effectively roll out SAFe across an enterprise.
